Coopbox launches its new tamper-evident tub

June 7, 2021

Coopbox has devised a new tub for fresh foods, in particular nuts and fruit in pieces, featuring tamper-evident technology. This convenient hermetic container prevents juices from running out, and thanks to the cornstarch fork option, allows the purchaser to enjoy a fruit salad wherever they are.

The main feature of this packaging is the modern, practical structure.
To open it, all you have to do is pull the tab on the hinge at the back. Unlike the items currently on the market, however, the cover and the tab of this container do not come away from the base once open, so the consumer does not have all those plastic elements in their way while enjoying their food.

The packaging is also green, because it is 90% made from r-PET, a material derived from recycled plastics that allows for a drastic reduction in waste emitted into the environment.
In addition, this type of structure prevents the dispersion of small parts of the container into the environment, making disposal easier.

The packaging can be fully customised to the needs of the customer. It comes in different shapes and sizes, both square (250/350/500cc) and rectangular (750/1000cc), and other models can be devised to respond to a large variety of consumer requirements.

This new product takes Coopbox another step ahead on its journey to develop fully eco-friendly, new-generation materials and packaging.
